Twitter user geolocation using LPA and Representation learning
Description of Thesis
Twitter User geolocation is the task of inferring the primary (or home) location of a user from available sources of information, such as text posted by that in individual, or network relationships with other individuals. Geolocation models broadly fall into three categories: text-based, network-based and Hybrid methods. Our focus is on Twitter user location inference based on hybrid method using representation learning and label propagation algorithm.
