Calculating a fair financial credit score using social network’s features
Description of Thesis
The main purpose of calculating credit-score is to reduce the risk of choosing people applying for facilities. Until now, only financial factors such as installment repayment records have been involved in the calculation of credit-score. In this thesis, in addition to financial factors, we want to include non-financial factors, so we can have fair credit-score and even unbanked people can apply for facilities. The non-financial factor that we focus on, is applicant’s social network and the investigated social networks in this thesis are Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn respectively.
